We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Customer Success Specialist — 3 Vacancies

Your responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requirements.

• Provide timely updates and help resolve customer issues.

• Build positive, long-term customer relationships.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or degree in any relevant field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, customer-oriented attitude.

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

2. HR Associate — 1 Vacancy

Your responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate training and other HR activities.

• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and daily administrative tasks.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• A positive attitude and willingness to work with different departments.

3. CNC Milling Machinists — 3 Vacancies

Your responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines and related equipment.

• Set up machines, tools, and fixtures according to job requirements.

• Produce precision components based on technical drawings and specifications.

• Perform in-process checks and maintain workplace cleanliness.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant CNC machining experience or technical qualifications are preferred.

• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.

• Basic CNC programming knowledge is beneficial.

• Responsible, disciplined, safety-conscious, and committed to quality.

Candidates with a strong mechanical background and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

4. Polishing Operators — Vacancies Available

Your responsibilities:

• Perform polishing, deburring, and finishing of precision components.

• Follow work instructions and quality requirements.

• Check the surface finish of parts and report any abnormalities.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous polishing or finishing experience is an advantage, but not essential.

• Good attention to detail and patience when handling precision parts.

• Responsible, careful, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and support the team.

Training may be provided to suitable candidates.

5. IMR / Internal Management Representative — 1 Vacancy

Your responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system.

• Coordinate ISO-related documentation, records, and compliance activities.

• Assist with internal audits, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

• Work with relevant departments to promote continual improvement.

• Help ensure quality procedures are followed and properly documented.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems is an advantage.

• Strong documentation, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and proactive.

Fresh graduates with a relevant background and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
