STEM Training for Girls: WISE Lab conducts comprehensive STEM training programs that provide practical skills and knowledge, fostering an environment where girls can thrive in STEM-related fields.

Skill Development for Precision Engineering: Participants at WISE Lab gain hands-on experience in precision engineering, learning the intricacies of the manufacturing process and quality control measures.

Video Lessons on Precision Engineering: In collaboration with SHL (HPE) Innovation, WISE Lab is working on developing video lessons that explain the basics of precision engineering. These lessons aim to be accessible to every girl and woman in Malaysia, contributing to a more inclusive and knowledgeable community.

ABOUT WISE LAB
Empowering Through Education: WISE Lab, which stands for Women In Science & Engineering, serves as a dedicated training space designed to provide exposure and hands-on training in various STEM disciplines. Our focus extends beyond traditional education, incorporating manufacturing knowledge, quality control, computer literacy, digital citizenship, programming, digital content creation, information literacy, and online safety.
Founders with Purpose: Founded by women holding leadership positions in education, our mission is to bridge the accessibility gap to STEM education for students in rural communities. We believe that every young woman deserves the opportunity to explore and excel in STEM fields, breaking down barriers and empowering the next generation of female leaders.
Collaborative Endeavor: WISE Lab is the result of a collaborative effort between SHL (HPE) Innovation Sdn Bhd and Leadspire Academy. This joint venture combines the technical expertise of Smart Honest Leaders (SHL) in High Precision Engineering with the educational proficiency of Leadspire Academy.
